We partner with leading courier companies to ensure reliable delivery. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders (India):

    • Free standard shipping on all orders

  • International Orders:

    • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

    • Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment in real-time through the courier’s website.


5. Delays & Exceptions

We strive to meet delivery timelines, but unforeseen delays can occur due to weather, natural disasters, strikes, or customs hold-ups. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you updated in such cases.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item, along with photos.

  • If your package is lost, we’ll coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.


7. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Recipient not available at the time of delivery

  • Refused shipments

In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
