Refund Policy

At Listenlights Merchandise Store, we aim to deliver high-quality, branded merchandise with efficiency and care. As most of our products are customized and produced on-demand, we follow a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy. Please read the details below carefully.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or replaced.

  • Please review your product selection and delivery details carefully before confirming your order.


2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product delivered is:

    • Damaged

    • Defective

    • Incorrect (i.e., not matching the product ordered)


3. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Email us at priyanka@jucygifts.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Include your order details and clear images of the issue.

Once verified, we will:

  • Replace the damaged/defective item at no additional cost, subject to availability.

  • In case of unavailability, we may issue a store credit or offer an alternative product of equivalent value.


4. Refunds

  • Monetary refunds are not provided, except in rare cases where payment was deducted but the order was not successfully processed or fulfilled.

  • Any such cases will be reviewed individually, and approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
