2. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product delivered is:

Incorrect (i.e., not matching the product ordered)

3. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Email us at priyanka@jucygifts.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Include your order details and clear images of the issue.
Once verified, we will:

Replace the damaged/defective item at no additional cost, subject to availability.

In case of unavailability, we may issue a store credit or offer an alternative product of equivalent value.
4. Refunds

Monetary refunds are not provided, except in rare cases where payment was deducted but the order was not successfully processed or fulfilled.
